Online store build prices in Israel in 2026

Israeli web companies publish store prices from ₪5,000 to ₪80,000, mostly around ₪8,000–₪30,000; most businesses pay us ₪2,500–₪10,000.

The gap between price lists comes from different definitions: some count a "store" as a template on a platform, others as a full system connected to inventory and accounting. The table shows what was published, next to our price and build time.

Store platform prices in Israel: iStores, Konimbo, Shopify and WooCommerce

A ready-made platform costs from ₪67 to ₪1,490+ a month in Israel, and Shopify starts at $29 a month billed yearly, before fees.

Platforms let you build a store yourself or with a designer, in exchange for a monthly subscription. Check what is included: on iStores, for example, the Basic plan has no online payments, and on plans that do, the payment terminal is charged separately.

What does an online store cost over 3 years?

Over three years iStores Pro costs ₪14,112 and Konimbo from ₪21,240 plus setup, according to Israeli price surveys; a store we build costs ₪2,500–₪10,000 once, plus hosting and a domain.

With a subscription the cost continues for as long as the store is open. With a store built from scratch you pay for the build once, and what remains is hosting, the domain and optional maintenance. Payment processing fees apply on every route, based on turnover.

iStores, Konimbo, Shopify and WooCommerce rows follow an Israeli price survey (vendor prices of 17.9.2026). For Nava we added shared hosting and a .co.il domain at market prices from Israeli price surveys (₪360–₪1,200 and ₪62–₪96 a year); a very large catalogue may need stronger hosting.

How much does payment processing cost for an online store in Israel?

Payment processing usually costs a percentage of each transaction plus a subscription; at Grow, for example, 0.75% per transaction plus ₪59 a month on the annual plan, before VAT.

According to Grow's price page (checked 12.10.2026): the standard plan is 0.75% per transaction plus ₪59 a month billed yearly (₪708) or ₪69 monthly; the Light plan for up to 20 transactions a month is 1% plus ₪29 a month; Diners cards cost 1.5% and tourist cards 3.5%. Grow also supports bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayBox. This is one example, not a recommendation; compare several providers.

Example: a store selling ₪100,000 a year on the standard plan pays about ₪750 in fees plus ₪708 in subscription, roughly ₪1,458 a year before VAT. The processing account is opened in the business's name and the money goes to the business's account. We connect the provider to the store and take no percentage of sales.

What is included in every store we build?

Every store includes a catalogue, a cart and short checkout, Israeli payment processing, order and inventory management, full mobile support and product SEO.

When comparing offers, check that this baseline is included rather than priced as an extra. With us it is part of every store, whatever its size:

  • Product catalogue with images, descriptions, prices and categories.
  • Cart and checkout kept as short as possible, because every extra step costs sales.
  • Israeli payment processing, including bit and Apple Pay depending on the provider you choose.
  • Order management: see every order, update its status and notify the customer.
  • Inventory management: sold-out products are flagged and not sold by mistake.
  • Full mobile support, since most online shopping happens on phones.
  • Product SEO: every product is built to appear in Google search.

A store alone does not sell: what else you need

A store is a shelf; to sell it also needs traffic, such as a paid campaign, and fast answers for hesitant customers, such as a WhatsApp chatbot.

Many store owners budget for the build and forget what comes after. Without traffic, even a beautiful store stays empty. A Meta or Google campaign costs ₪2,000–₪3,500 a month in management with us, plus an ad budget from ₪2,500 paid to the platform. Details are in our ads management guide.

A customer torn between two products at ten at night needs an answer now. An AI WhatsApp chatbot (₪3,500 one-time) answers them, and a store like Roselia also has an AI shopping assistant on the site. When a store, bot and campaign are combined, the combined price is set by store size in a free diagnosis.

What affects the price of building an online store?

The number of products and variants, shipping methods, languages and currencies, system integrations and who enters the products are what set the price.

A store with 30 products and one shipping option and a store with thousands of products, inventory and warehouses are completely different projects. That is why we have no fixed packages: we run a free diagnosis and give one price.

  • Products and variants: sizes, colours and options per product.
  • Shipping and pickup: several methods, zones and prices.
  • Languages and currencies: Hebrew and Arabic, or an international store.
  • Integrations: inventory, accounting or a warehouse system.
  • Product entry: whether you upload the catalogue or we enter it.
  • AI assistant or bot: answering hesitant customers in the store and on WhatsApp.

Product entry and photography: the cost people forget

Entering products and photographing them is usually separate from building the store, and with a large catalogue it can be a significant part of the budget.

Every product needs a name, description, price, variants and images. Twenty products can be entered in an evening; thousands need an import from a file or a supplier, plus data cleaning. In the diagnosis we ask where the catalogue lives today: in Excel, in a point-of-sale system, at a supplier, or only in the owner's head.

Good photos sell. Professional product photography is available from us on request, priced by the number of products. If you have supplier images you can start with them and improve later. Either way this cost is shown separately, so you can decide what to do yourself and what to hand over.

Custom-built store vs. Shopify or WooCommerce

A ready-made platform is cheap to start but costs money every month; a store built from scratch is paid once and has no plugin limits, but every new feature has to be built.

On Shopify you pay a monthly subscription while the store is open, sometimes paid apps, and a fee when processing through a third-party provider. On WooCommerce the store relies on plugins that need updating and maintenance. Either can fit, especially if you want to build it yourself.

The stores we build are coded from scratch: fast, with no platform subscription and no dependence on third-party plugins. The trade-off: you cannot install a ready-made plugin in one click, so we build each new feature. Once the store is live you run it yourself: add products, update prices and handle orders.

An online store built by Nava Digital

The largest store we have built is Roselia, a beauty store with more than 12,000 products and an AI shopping assistant.

It runs in Hebrew and Arabic and was built from scratch, including order management. It shows there is no technical limit on catalogue size, and that a store can include an AI assistant that answers hesitant customers and points them to the right product. You can open it and test it on your phone.

How long does it take to build an online store?

A store for a small or mid-sized business usually takes us 2–4 weeks; market timelines range from 14 business days to 6–12 weeks.

  1. Week 1: free diagnosis, one price, open a payment account in the business's name.
  2. Week 2: design and build the store, shipping and payments.
  3. Week 3: product entry or catalogue import, full test orders.
  4. Week 4: launch, submit to Google, training on running the store.

A large store with system integrations takes longer; the timeline is set in the diagnosis. Opening a payment account can take a few days, so start it early.

7 questions to ask before building a store

Seven questions help you compare store offers by real cost rather than by the first number.

  1. What is the final price, and does it include VAT?
  2. Is there a monthly subscription or a percentage of sales?
  3. Who enters the products, and what does that cost?
  4. Which payment provider is connected, and what are its fees?
  5. Are bit and Apple Pay supported?
  6. Who is responsible for the terms, cancellation policy and accessibility?
  7. Can I see a live store you built and place a test order?

Red flags in an online store quote

An unexplained percentage of sales, a payment account not in the business's name, and a price that ignores product entry are the most common signs to check again.

  • A percentage of sales for the builder, on top of processing fees.
  • A payment account in the supplier's name rather than the business's.
  • No mention of product entry when the catalogue is large.
  • No terms or cancellation policy in the plan.
  • No live store to show.
