A marketing agency that works in Hebrew and Arabic

Nava Digital is a marketing and web agency in northern Israel that works in Hebrew and Arabic, and in English. A bilingual team writes each language natively instead of translating: campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok (₪2,000–₪3,500 a month plus an ad budget from ₪2,500), bilingual websites and landing pages, and a WhatsApp bot that replies in the customer's language. Prices are published, and results are measured per language.

What does a bilingual agency do differently?

A bilingual agency writes each language from scratch for the people who will read it, instead of translating a finished Hebrew campaign into Arabic.

The difference starts with wording. An ad translated into formal Modern Standard Arabic reads like a letter from the municipality, not like a business talking to its customers. In everyday business, many Arabic speakers in Israel use spoken Palestinian-Israeli Arabic mixed with Hebrew business words such as shivuk (marketing), osek (registered business) or slika (card processing). Written that way, an ad sounds local; in formal Arabic only, it sounds translated and distant.

The second difference is understanding how people search. When we checked Google Keyword Planner in October 2026, Arabic-language Google searches for business services in Israel had very low volume. In practice, Arabic-speaking business owners and customers search Google for business services in Hebrew. So a bilingual agency does not simply "switch everything to Arabic"; it decides per channel which language to use: Google search mostly in Hebrew, and Meta, TikTok and WhatsApp in the audience's own language.

The third difference is continuity: a customer who clicks an Arabic ad expects Arabic on the landing page, in the form and on WhatsApp, so the whole path is built in both languages.

Who needs a Hebrew–Arabic marketing agency?

A bilingual agency suits any business whose customers read in two languages: businesses in mixed cities, Arab-owned businesses that also sell to Jewish customers, and Jewish-owned businesses that want to reach Arab customers.

According to Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics, on the eve of Independence Day 2026 about 2.157 million Arabs lived in Israel, 21.1% of the population. A business that advertises only in Hebrew gives up much of that audience from the start, and a business that advertises only in Arabic gives up most of the market. These are the common situations where two languages change the outcome:

  • Businesses in mixed cities: Haifa, Acre, Nof HaGalil, Lod, Ramla and Jaffa. The same street, two audiences, and sometimes the same customer reading in both languages.
  • Arab-owned businesses selling to Jewish customers: restaurants, contractors, clinics, online stores and service providers who want their website and ads to sound natural in Hebrew too.
  • Jewish-owned businesses reaching Arab customers: chains, clinics, colleges, real estate and retailers that want to speak to customers in their language, not in translation.
  • Businesses in northern Israel: where Arab and Jewish towns sit side by side, a local campaign almost always needs both languages.

The figure does not tell you how much you will sell, and we do not promise conversion rates; it tells you a one-language business talks to only part of its customers.

What is included, and what does it cost?

At Nava Digital, managing a campaign in Hebrew and Arabic costs ₪2,000–₪3,500 a month plus an ad budget from ₪2,500 paid directly to the platform; a website in both languages starts at ₪2,500.

Each part can be ordered on its own. The table shows our prices next to general market ranges, according to price surveys published in Israel in 2026.

Which language should you use on each channel?

On Google we mostly target Hebrew search terms, on Meta and TikTok we run separate Hebrew and Arabic ads, and on WhatsApp and the website we answer in the customer's language.

On Facebook, Instagram and TikTok you can target by language and region, and ads and videos in spoken Arabic work fully there. On Google, Arabic search volume for business services is low, so most of the budget goes to Hebrew keywords.

ChannelRecommended languageHow we run it
GoogleMostly HebrewHebrew search terms, including for Arabic-speaking audiences; ad text in the language of the search
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)Hebrew and Arabic, separatelySeparate ads per language, targeting by language and region, ads that open WhatsApp
TikTokSpoken Arabic and HebrewA short video per language, with on-screen captions in that language
WhatsAppWhatever the customer wrote inA bot that detects the language, replies in it and hands over to you when needed
Website and landing pageTwo full versionsA Hebrew version and an Arabic version, correct hreflang, landing page in the ad's language

According to Meta's pricing page, when a customer arrives from an ad that opens a WhatsApp chat, all messages are free for 72 hours.

How do you check that an agency really works in both languages?

Ask to see live Arabic work, ask who writes the Arabic, and check that the whole path, from ad to WhatsApp, exists in both languages.

This ten-minute check can save months of a campaign that reads like a translation:

  • Live Arabic ads: ask to see an Arabic ad and a Hebrew ad for the same offer. They should differ, not be the same text in two languages.
  • An Arabic landing page or website: ask for a link to a page that is already live, and read it on your phone.
  • Who writes the Arabic: a team member who speaks the language, or a translation tool? Ask directly.
  • RTL quality checks: check that numbers, prices, English words and punctuation display correctly in Hebrew and Arabic, especially on mobile.
  • WhatsApp in Arabic: send an Arabic message to the agency's bot or number and see which language the reply comes back in.
  • Measurement by language: ask how you will know which language each lead came from, and how it will appear in the report.
  • Account ownership: the ad account, pixel and Google Analytics should be in the business's name.
  • Transparent pricing: management fee, ad budget and landing page listed separately, before the call, not after.

Red flags in an agency that "also does Arabic"

The clearest warning signs are machine-translated Arabic, ads only in formal Arabic, one landing page for both audiences, and reporting that does not separate the languages.

  • Google Translate Arabic: sentences in Hebrew word order, odd terms and errors any Arabic reader spots at once.
  • Formal Arabic only: fine for an official document, less so for an ad in a feed. People who speak colloquial Arabic respond to the language they use.
  • One landing page for both audiences: an Arabic ad that leads to a Hebrew page loses customers halfway.
  • No UTM tags and no split in reports: if you cannot see what a lead cost in Arabic versus Hebrew, you cannot decide where to add budget.
  • WhatsApp that answers only in Hebrew: a customer who wrote in Arabic and got a Hebrew reply rarely comes back.
  • A bot on an unofficial app: according to WhatsApp, unofficial apps violate its terms and can get the number banned. Our bots run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • A Google campaign on Arabic keywords only: search volume is low, and the budget reaches almost no one.
  • Promises of lead numbers or first place on Google: nobody controls the algorithm, in any language.

How do you measure a campaign in two languages?

Tag every ad and link by language with UTM parameters, set up Meta Pixel and Google Analytics before launch, and count leads in each language separately.

Without that split, a bilingual campaign looks like one campaign in the report, and you cannot tell whether the Arabic ads bring cheaper leads, more expensive ones or the same. We add a language tag to every link, track WhatsApp clicks and form submissions, and confirm that the data reaches Google Analytics and Meta's reports before a shekel of budget is spent.

The regular report shows the cost per lead in each language and on each channel. If a language or channel is not working, we say so plainly and suggest a change. With a small budget we usually start with one campaign carrying ads in both languages, and split it into separate campaigns once there is enough data.

How does working with Nava Digital run, step by step?

We start with a WhatsApp conversation, build a separate message for each language, set up measurement and launch within days; a landing page adds 3–7 working days and a WhatsApp bot one to two weeks.

  1. Conversation and diagnosis: who your customers are, which language they read, where they are and what the goal is. You can talk to us in Hebrew, Arabic or English.
  2. Proposal and price: what you need and what you do not, with a price for each part. No bundles you do not need.
  3. A message per language: we rewrite the offer for each audience, with its own examples and objections, rather than translating it.
  4. Assets: ads, videos, a landing page or website, and a WhatsApp bot if needed, each in both languages and RTL-checked on mobile.
  5. Measurement: UTM tags per language, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics in the business's name.
  6. Launch and learning: in week two the campaign runs and the platforms learn the audience.
  7. Optimisation by language: in weeks 3–4 the cost per lead in each language starts to settle, and budget is allocated by the numbers.

Day-to-day communication runs over WhatsApp, so we serve businesses across Israel, not only in the north.

Where can you see Nava Digital's bilingual work?

You can check it yourself: this website exists in Hebrew, Arabic and English, and our client work runs in Hebrew and Arabic.

Every page on the Nava Digital site is also written in Arabic under /ar/ and in English under /en/, not machine-translated; this guide exists in all three languages. Roselia, a beauty store with more than 12,000 products and an AI shopping assistant, works in Hebrew and Arabic, as does Lumière, the dental clinic demo site we built.

Our WhatsApp chatbot replies in Hebrew, Arabic and English; you can message it at +972-53-793-1666 and see which language it answers in. Our prices are published on the site: when we checked Arab-sector specialist agencies in October 2026, most published no prices at all.
